Orders placed after our 2:00 PM Eastern Time order cut-off may be processed on the following business day.

Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

2. Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship products to customers within the United States.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, destination, size, weight, and fulfillment location.

Certain products may have geographic shipping restrictions.

4. Shipping Costs

Spreetail Deals offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States. No additional standard shipping charge will be added at checkout for eligible products.

Because some of our products, including swimming pools and pool equipment, can be large or oversized, certain products or destinations may have special shipping requirements.

If additional shipping charges apply to a specific product or destination, the applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Customers will always have the opportunity to review any applicable shipping charges before completing an order.

5. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to you by email after your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the tracking number is generated.

6. Delays

While we work to meet the estimated delivery times above, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or another issue caused by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply before the package can be reshipped.

Any refund for an undeliverable order will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
